All you need is a lot of cheese-thusiasm to attend the annual conference of the American Cheese Society. This year, the conference is being held in Richmond, Virginia, which is one of the hottest cities in the nation these days. Seminars, tastings, and cheese camaraderie round out the days while the evenings are filled with cheese fun and great food.
