"Lush White Wines and Cheese" is the name of the class, but you may as well call it "de-LUSH-is" because that's what it's going to be. We will take a deep dive into richer style wintry white wines and pair them with the cheeses that are meant to go with them. Think Alpine (if that's a meaningless term to you, you'll find out what that is), triple-cremes, and other luscious richer-wine friendly cheeses.

The class is called "Triple Crèmes and Bubbles." Need I say more? I didn't think so.

Mac & Cheese, Please! If it's winter, it must be time once again for this super popular class. I will be serving up four not-your-mom's mac & cheese recipes and so much more. We'll start with a cheese tasting plate so that you'll know what the cheeses in those cooked dishes taste like before they're melted and oozy. But no cheese stands alone. We'll also be doing a cheese and wine pairing with those cheeses. Confused? It goes like this: a sip of wine, a taste of cheese. Then, the mac & cheese featuring that cheese (or cheeses; sometimes there are multiple cheeses in a recipe) will be served. We'll then take another sip (or two) or the same wine to see how the pairing may have changed or didn't. The whole experience is delicious, decadent and most of all, fun. Come play (and eat!) along for this cheesiest of evenings.
