June 14 – 17, 2018
Join me at 8,000 feet as we once again celebrate great cheese and wine at the country’s ultimate Food & Wine festival. I’m particularly excited about my seminars this year:
• “To Brie or Not to Brie: Decadent Cheeses and Wines” The title pretty much says it all – creamy, decadent cheeses and the wines that go with them is all you need to know
• “A Love Letter to Napa and Sonoma” – I will be teaming up once again with Restaurateur and Master Sommelier extraordinaire Bobby Stuckey to shine the spotlight (and a little love) on the cheeses and wines of the area so devastated by the October fires.
July 25 – 28, 2018
“Forged in Cheese” is the theme of this annual conference being held in Pittsburgh this year. If you love cheese, if you want to meet some of your cheesemaker heroes, if you want to learn about the state of the industry, and most of all, if you want to taste a whole lot of cheese, this is the conference for you.

Cheeses from California and beyond come together under one roof at this annual California Artisan Cheese Guild-hosted event, where tasting spoons abound. So too do small food producers (think chocolate and preserves) as well as craft brewers. It’s a cheese feast as much as it is a cheese fest and well worth a visit to San Francisco.

Join me as I commemorate my 14th year as a speaker at one of this country’s very best food and wine festivals, bar none. This year, Master Sommelier Tim Gaiser and I will be introducing you to the wines from Down Under and new New World cheeses that go with them. In addition, this unique Fiesta features unbeatable winemaker dinners, wine seminars, and the piece de resistence, a Grand Tasting to surpass all grand tastings held on the beautiful Santa Fe Opera grounds. The fall weather in Santa Fe alone is reason to come, but the smell of roasted chiles and the celebration of the wine harvest makes it all the more so. Hope to see you there!
